(Christopher) Bush Campbell has lived in Lochinver since he was six months old. He started working at the pottery in 1978, straight from school, when his many and varied making skills were taught to him by Gordon Kilgour. He is responsible for the coordination within the making department and so ensures there is a constant supply of pots for the decorators to paint.
He was nicknamed ‘Bush’ many years ago for his thick, curly hair which he used to allow to grow long.
A lifelong football fan, Bush has played for several teams, and still finds the time and energy to coach and encourage the enthusiastic youngsters in our community.
