Shipping And Handling  The pots featured in our website can be shipped to most countries. The prices listed for each item are inclusive of VAT. Shipping charges to  destinations outwith mainland UK are charged at cost and VAT deducted where applicable. We take great care to ensure that our pieces arrive with you in good condition. The vast majority of our pieces do so. In the unfortunate and rare event of loss or damage in transit we take the responsibility to investigate and make good the loss to your satisfaction.

Tax Charges  To comply with current legislation all prices are quoted inclusive of the current  of VAT of 17.5% for all UK and EEC customers. VAT is deducted at source for all orders sent elsewhere though these may be subject to duties and Customs clearance charges at the port of entry. These charges are forward i.e. to be met by the receiver and are not the responsibility of the supplier.

Credit Cards are charged in £ sterling and are converted to that currency at the current rates applying at the time of charging.
