If you are an existing stockist, or have a business and wish to sell Highland Stoneware, you can apply to open a Trade Account online.  We will consider your application on geographical location and may contact you to request more information.

When you have been accepted as a trade customer you will receive log in details via email.  At first log in you can reset your password.

The online shop operates in the same way for trade and private customers, although only trade account holders will have access to the trade prices, which do not include VAT. If you have a preferred date for receiving your order you can specify this in the special instructions box at the checkout. We will do our best to send your order for your preferred delivery date and we will contact you if we have delays in production.

Overseas customers will not be charged VAT (where applicable), but carriage will be charged at cost to us, or we can send to your preferred shipper in the UK.

First order minimum £500, subsequent carriage paid orders £375.

Initial orders will be paid pro-forma, subsequent orders will be invoiced when it has been despatched.
